Disbursement of commutation to pensioner

The pensioner, whether civilian or military, may commute from the pension, to a maximum of one-quarter the retirement pension, online.

A valid civil ID
Net retirement pension, net of installments to government entities, should not be less than half the salary, on which basis the salary is computed, and the payment of the same shall be made in accordance with the period to be selected among the following periods (5 years, 10 years, 15 years)
The applicant for commutation should not have attained the age of 65
The pensioner who is entitled to the pension for medical causes should refer to PIFSS to submit the application
