Notes:
The pension reduction shall be made with the above-mentioned
reduction in case the service was terminated
because of resignation.
The cases considered under resignation shall be specified by
a resolution from the Minister, for the workers in
the private and oil sectors*.
Upon accounting of age, the fractions of the year shall be
considered a whole year if exceeding the half and
cancelled if less than half.
