Basic Insurance: 

a-  Commutation during Duty:

The insured who fulfilled the entitlement conditions of the pension but still in duty, may replace the quarter of his pension by an amount paid once. Commutation shall be for a period of five years, repeatable, according to the conditions and rules decided in this regard. For more details, click here. 

b-  Commutation after Termination of Duty:

The pensioner may replace the quarter of his pension by an amount paid once. Commutation shall be for a specified period (five years / ten years / fifteen years) according to the conditions and rules decided in this regard.

-    The part of the effective or suppositional pension, remaining after commutation, shall not be less than 50% of the salary on the basis of which the pension was accounted.

 

Complementary Insurance: 

Commutation may be made of the complementary pension due for the subscription period in the complementary insurance and the periods joined thereto, except those joined by less than 15% of the salary.
