- If the insured is occupying the position of mayor on 01.10.1992, the period of his previous participation calculated to that date in Section V of the Social Security Law shall be deemed as having been spent in Section III thereof.

-  The insured in Section III of the Social Security Law may request the joining of the period that he spent in the position of mayor and that was not previously calculated in the security to his participation period in the said Section.  

-  Combination shall be completed and the consideration thereof specified in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No.3 of 1993 regarding the combination of the periods resulting from the selected being subject to the provisions of Section III of the Social Security Law.
