-  If the insured or the beneficiary is restored to service or the insured renews his participation in social security as provided in Section V and retirement compensation had been paid to him for a period subject to the same security, in order for the said new period to be joined, he should return the retirement compensation either in one payment or by installments without any interest thereon.

-  The compensation or the amount paid thereof shall be returned by monthly installments of 10% of the salary or participation section on the date of submittal of the application for combination.

   The monthly installment shall be due from the end of the month following the date of notification by the Institution of the employer or the insured who is subject to the Section of the amount of the said installment which shall be paid to the Institution on the dates of payment of the monthly participations.

- If the service of the insured or the beneficiary ends or the participation of the insured who is subject of the provisions of Section V expires, the monthly installment shall continue to be deducted from the pension.

   If the insured was entitled to retirement compensation and requested the payment thereof, the dates of maturity shall replace the remaining installments and be entirely deducted therefrom. If he does not request payment and is again subject to social security in which the period for which compensation is due may be joined, he shall resume payment of installments from the date of his combing back. In such event, the installment period shall be increased by the period of cessation of participation.

-  Exemption from returning the compensation required to be returned by installment and from returning the remaining installments shall be granted in the following events 

- Death or total disability of the insured or the beneficiary, even if either occurs after the end of service or participation.

-  Death or total disability of the pensioner.
