The Social Insurances System aims to ensure safety and stability for the citizens in all circumstances and cases by providing a sufficient income which guarantees  them and to those supported by them a good life during their life and after their death. Therefore, the system is devoted to provide  special care to those who are supposed to be supported by the insured person or the salary owner by estimating their right to receive shares in the salary due to him after his death according to the Table No.(1) attached to the law, whenever they satisfy the desert conditions whether they were Kuwaitis or non-Kuwaitis starting the first month after the occurrence of the accident. Also a death grant will be paid to those who are supposed to perform the family requirements and to follow up its matters after the death in addition to a marriage grant which shall be paid to the beneficiaries who fulfill the desert conditions.
