1) If the disbursement of the share of one of the beneficiaries was stopped, or if its cause disappeared or the right in it expired, the salary will be redistributed on the remaining beneficiaries who have shares in the salary according to the attached Table No.(1)

2) The redistribution will be made starting the first month following the occurrence of the incident which imposed it.

3) The amount paid illegally to the beneficiary whose share was stopped or suspended from the total amount deserved by all the other beneficiaries, will be deducted from the differences deserved due to the stop, or suspension until the establishment knew about the incident imposing it; and the deduction shall be made according to what each one deserves from the others.

4) The deduction mentioned in the preceding item does not prejudice the responsibility of the beneficiary for the amounts paid to him without having the right to get them or the right of the beneficiaries to claim from the one who disbursed these amounts the sums deducted from their shares.
